SunLake Lighting Warranty Agreements
SunLake Lighting is proudly based in the USA. We manufacture high-quality LED lights and we stand by our products. We offer a five-year warranty that requires no registration, just a copy of your order receipt and a ten-year warranty that requires proof of purchase in addition to registering your product at the time of purchase.

Limitation of Damages
In no event shall SunLake Lighting be liable for consequential damages for breach of this warranty. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to the buyer.
SunLake Lighting warrants the covered product to be free of all defects in material and workmanship for a period of ten years from the date of purchase assuming average usage of three hours per day, seven days per week. This warranty extends to the original buyer only.
Within the period of this warranty, SunLake Lighting will replace, free of charge; any part proving defective in material or workmanship.
This warranty does not apply to any costs, repairs, or services for the following:
Repairs necessitated by use other than normal home use.
Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, accidents, alterations, or improper installation.
How to Receive a Refund under the Terms of the Warranty
To return an item, please email customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
Under the terms of this warranty, registration is required to qualify for SunLake’s ten-year product warranty. SunLake also offers a five-year warranty that does not require registration. Buyers can register their purchase using the form on this page.
Notice to Buyer
This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. You have the right to bring any action at law or equity to resolve disputes concerning or to enforce the provisions of this warranty.
If the buyer disagrees over either’s performance under the terms of this warranty, the buyer may submit the matter for resolution. The buyer shall not be responsible for expenses incurred in submitting the dispute for resolution under the terms of this paragraph. The buyer is required to submit any dispute for resolution under this paragraph before pursuing any legal remedies to which he or she may be entitled.
